I built it for my own business first
From my own weekly measurements, on questions like "best realtor in North Park" that don't use my name. Two engines haven't moved yet, and your results will be different. That's the point of measuring.
How it works
You apply
Five minutes. Your markets, the clients you want more of, and the links to your profiles.
We ask the AI engines
Up to 20 questions about your markets, asked five times on each of four engines. That's up to 400 real answers, read one by one.
You get a private report
Your own page with your numbers and your fix list. During the trial we run it again every month and add a trend line.
What's in your report
- Your score on each engine. How often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name you, as a share of real answers.
- Who gets named instead. The agents and teams AI recommends in your markets, and how often.
- What AI says about you. Ask it about you by name and see what comes back, including anything wrong or out of date.
- The sources it leans on. Which directories, review sites and articles the engines read for your market, and whether you're on them.
- A website and profile check. Whether AI crawlers can read your site, and whether your profiles agree with each other.
- Five to eight fixes. Ranked by effort, and each one points at the data behind it. No generic advice.
Why rates and not a rank? AI answers change every time you ask. A single answer saying you're "#3" is one roll of the dice. Five asks per question per engine is what makes a number worth trusting.
Questions
What does the trial cost?
Nothing. No card. Trial spots are limited, and I review every application and every report by hand before it goes out.
Which AI engines do you check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, through their official search tools. Google's AI Overviews aren't included yet.
Will you contact my clients or post anything for me?
No. Named Agent only asks AI engines questions and reads public pages, like your website and your profiles. It never logs in anywhere or posts on your behalf.
What happens to my information?
It's used to run your report and nothing else. The questions we ask the AI engines include your name and your markets, so those engines see them. Details are in the privacy policy.
How soon do I get my first report?
Usually within a week of your application being accepted. You'll get an email with a private link.
Is it available everywhere?
Anywhere in the United States.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is an honest measurement and a specific list of what to work on.
