Privacy and trial terms
Draft, October 2026. Plain-language summary while Named Agent is in its free trial.
What we collect
What you type into the application: your name, email, phone if you add it, brokerage, website, markets, the clients you want more of, any questions you add, your profile links, and any competitors you name. We also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address and your browser type, only to stop spam.
What we do with it
We use it to run your report and to email you about it. That's all. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to anyone else's mailing list.
To build your report, we ask ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Perplexity questions that include your name and your markets, and we read the public web pages they point to, plus your website and the profile links you gave us. Those companies see the questions under their own privacy terms.
Where it's kept
Applications are stored with Cloudflare. Report data and the AI answers behind it are kept on Named Agent's own computer. Your report page sits at a private link that search engines are told not to index. Anyone you share the link with can see it.
Deleting your information
Email jared@jaredharman.com and ask. We'll delete your application, your report data and your report page, and confirm when it's done.
The trial
- The trial is free and needs no card.
- Spots are limited. Applying doesn't guarantee a spot.
- During the trial you get a report about once a month. Either of us can end the trial at any time.
- Reports measure what AI engines said on the days we asked. Answers change from one ask to the next, which is why results are shown as rates. Nothing in a report is a guarantee of how AI will answer in the future, or of leads or sales.
